New HTC SmartPhones: Debuting June 5

According to Pocket-Lint, journalists and members of the press eagerly are gathering for the unveiling of "a new mobile experience that will change the way we use and control our phones". Not much more info is available at this time other than an invitation that suggests the possibility of touch sensitive controls on the new upcoming phones. HTC’s press conference will be in London and will start at 11:30am UK time. Will this be a mobile revolution? Wait and see…

Brandon, I’m supposed to be the pedant around here! ;)

The announcement looks like the marketing team have done good work. That’s about all I’m prepared to draw from this. They put out a marketing announcement that has got people talking and watching. Drinks all round!

Yea … there’s really no substance to this at all (no offense to tjchan) … this got picked up all over the place but for all we know this great new thing could be that they’ve decided to start making remote controls.

Yeah, there is no meat to this…it’s just a come and see type thing. I wish there was more info, but there’s just none yet.
