According to CNET, Kodak has partnered with Motorola to release a 5 mega pixel camera phone! These new phone will utilise Kodak’s CMOS chip.

"Our CMOS sensors have been well advancing for many years. And now we will have
the ability to embed the sensor in the phone with all the richness we have with
our imaging software. It will allow us to make the sensor, the most important
part of the camera, able to manage the light, color, and the like," said Perez.

It was also mentioned that Kodak will be phasing out it’s lower lines of digital cameras. The new 5 mega pixel phone is slated for release during the 2007 holiday season.
