ANNOUNCING The WEBIS Monthly Contest At JAMM

Lately, we have been getting some feedback that you all would like to see more variety in the contests.  And I tend to agree.  So, I have been hard at work revamping a number of our contests.  In April we gave away the entire SplashWallet suite and Mastersoft Sudoku…and that is not the last you will be seeing of Mastersoft.

Today, I am here to announce our latest JAMM contest, and I am really excited about this one.  Over the past few weeks, I have been in constant and intense negotiations with Alex Kac over at WebIS (OK, I asked and he agreed), the result of which is our newest monthly contest.  Join us here the first of every month where we will be giving away some of the most popular programs available for the Pocket PC.  In fact, four of WebIS’ products were included on the JAMM Essential Applications list last January.

Today’s contest is for three copies of WebIS’ newest product, PI Calendar, a scaled down version of their popular Pocket Informant.  PI Calendar was not included in the JAMM Essential Applications list, only by a simple twist of fate…it had not been released yet.

Contest Deadline is Friday May 4 at 8:00 PM (EST).

Read past the break for more information about this great program and how to win.  Also, don’t forget to check out Brandon’s quick look at PI Calendar.  Bottom line, he loved it and you will too.

Pocket Informant Calendar brings the power of Pocket Informant Pro’s full Calendar Views to your Pocket PC at a great price! Enjoy full compatibility with Pocket Outlook, Outlook, and Exchange with the power of Pocket Informant Calendar’s five views: Agenda, Day, Week, Month, and Timeline View.

Each view can show tasks and journal alongside appointments which you can create and edit. Drag tasks, appointments to new days or times. See your entire month’s schedule with the Pocket Informant first – category icons and colors. Show up to three day’s of appointments in the fully interactive Day View. Look at a week’s worth of detail using Pocket Informant Calendar’s award winning Week View. Or use the amazing Timeline View to compare multiple schedules at the same time!

Pocket Informant Calendar can manage simple appointments and tasks and grow with your needs to handle even the most complex situations. And when you purchase Pocket Informant Calendar, you will be joining a group of Pocket Informant Pro users over 400,000 strong and chosen by Hewlett-Packard to be in ROM of the new High End hx 4700 Pocket PC. No other PIM can match that. Customers agree that Pocket Informant far improves upon the standard PIM tools offered on the Pocket PC as well as any other third party applications.

PI Calendar sounds like the perfect solution to enhancing the very generic Outlook Mobile Calendar. One question… is is SmartPhone (WM5) ready?

Thanks for the contest.

Spm how do you do it? First post on practically every thread! Oh well, it didn’t hurt my chances in the sudoku contest. Count me in!

I have been looking for a PIM tool. PI Calendar is so much more attractive and useful than the standard PPC PIM. This will come handy.

@ Melvyn – I’ve got JAMM in my RSS plugin @ Internet Exlorer, and that’s constantly open. So when I’ve got my laptop powered on, I can reply as soon as the feeds are refreshed.
(Actually it’s my interest in the new posts, not the need to be first to reply!)

It’s a big problem at nights though. With all the sleeping, you know. :D

Nice! Count me in too! :D

I’ve been a long time PocketInformant user but I found that I don’t use anywhere near all the features and have noticed that it’s a bit bloated for my tastes and was actually looking into buying PI Calendar! Great timing JAMM! :D

FALLN??? Is that really you? Where have you been hiding? You win a few contests and now you never write or call. :)

Seriously, check out Brandon’s excellent review of PI Calendar. This thing is chock full of incredible features. :)
