If Dell wanted to play in the smartphone market they’d just comision HTC to roll one of the production line and stick a Dell logo on it. Why go though the effort and pain of merging management structure and liabilities.. not to mention the support costs, when all you’d have to do is place an order with HTC?

In other words

No!
