Sprint’s WiMax solution is fast. In fact, it’s faster than Cingular’s HSDPA. And now, it may be coming to a city near you! A few months ago, our own Doug Goldring told us of the upcoming WiMax rollout but we had no idea where it would be deployed.  But now, according to Gizmodo, Sprint has now confirmed the availability of WiMax in the cities of Chicago, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Baltimore, Boston, Philadelphia, Providence, Washington DC, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Fort Worth, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, and Seattle by April 2008.
