Linksys WUSBF54G Wireless Network Adapter and Finder – Wardrivers Rejoice!

Wardriving is now a word that many know and have grown to accept as a part of society. Who doesn’t enjoy free Wi-Fi access? Well, Linksys now aids wardrivers in the quest for the open access point! With the Linksys WUSBF54G Wireless Network Adapter and Finder, one can not only find free access points, but can also immediately utilise any access points found! Working to seek out 802.11b and g networks, this handy dandy gadget displays the access points SSID, signal strength, channel, and WEP status on an easy-to-read LCD display. Results can be filtered to dispaly only open networks, specifically named networks, and all networks. Found access points are shown in order of signal strength. Definitely useful for traveling with a laptop.
