Goodbye Fannypack, Hello Holsters!

What tech gadgets do you carry with you? Now that spring is in the air and we’re leaving our jackets at home, we can’t put our devices in all the hidden pockets of our coat, so what are we to do?
Gizmodo has a couple products that could solve the problem. The first, pictured above, is a Shoulder Holster that goes around one shoulder and can hold your mp3 player, cell, keys, and tons more. $50.00.

The Hip holster attaches to your pants and feels like you’ve added a large extra pocket. Both holsters give you the look and feel of Deputy Fife, but without the gun. $60.00.
For more info on these items, check out Gizmodo.
While we’re on the subject, what tech items do you carry? Let us know, we’re curious.

I actually carry it all in my pants, my Wizard on the left (in the front) which is annoying since with the Proporta case, it doesn’t fit anymore. The right front is empty (unless I have my keys in there). On the right-back is my wallet, unless when I have my I-pod with me: then that’s on the right and my wallet on the left.
I wish I had a business-man-job already so I could carry a stylish black suitcase with me which could contain those stuff and my laptop. Wouldn’t need anything else! (What a nice job would that be, too)

OK. I see a new post coming here. SPMWinkel, is that a Wizard in your pants, or are you just…oh never mind.

In my front right pocket I have a front pocket wallet. It’s safer to keep it in the front. I have my Nextel i580 on a clip on my belt. I usually put my Dell Axim x50v in my front left pocket. That impresses the ladies. I like to have a camera and iPod with me as well. That’s too much to carry. In the winter I can use my jacket to store my gadgets, b/c it has tons of hidden pockets with zippers. But in the summer I’m s.o.l. This is the year I get a gadget bag of some sort. These two items looked interesting.
Other gadgets I didn’t mention: bt keyboard, bt gps, a couple of other headphones, one for an airplane, and one for working out. Plugs, wires, chargers, etc.

@ Doug – in that case it would still be a wizard!
We’re not having this conversation and it’s hereby ended.

I just keep everything in my fanny pack. Keyboard, Axim, 2 memory cards, extra batteries, and headphones (retractable).

I thought the “Fab Five” of QESG confiscated the last North American Fanny Pack from non-museum, private ownership. They don’t actually exist in the wild anymore, do they?
I prefer to walk around with a Bat Belt. Maybe somebody could make it a tool belt, out of leather. At least that would be manly enough.
