So, are you dying to learn more?  I know I was.  This is an amazing looking device.  Our good friends Clinton Fitch from Clinton Fitch (dot) com, and Judie Hughes from Gear Diary recently had a chance to check out the i-mate JAQ3, and co-wrote an extremely thorough review of the device.  They concluded:

I do think though that the vast majority of Windows Mobile users out there though, would find it met their needs just fine.

The JAQ3 might be a good alternative for anyone that’s been eyeballing the Treo series. With its upcoming upgradability to WM6, the JAQ3 is poised to cross over into the next phase of Windows Mobile; anyone that owns one will be up to date with a current and competitive device.

Head on over to Gear Diary or Clinton Fitch to read their full review.  While you are there, check out Judie’s comprehensive book report on the Complete Idiot’s Guide to Windows Vista.  I’m not saying she needs this book, but she does one heck of a good writeup.  Finally, be sure to check out Clinton’s latest unboxing of the amazing O2 Zinc, the only Windows Mobile device to come wrapped in the periodic table.
