SanDisk Launches New Line of MicroSD Cards

SanDisk introduced Mobile Premier, performance oriented microSD memory cards aimed at the mobile phone market.

They feature TrustedFlash technology, which allows network operators to sell premium content that can download directly to mobile phones and be played on other TrustedFlash enable devices.  The cards’ fast transfer speed allows users to move files quickly both on and off.

SanDisk will offer these cards in both 1GB and 2GB capacities for $44.99 and $66.99 respectively.  They’ll be available this spring.
