Is Dell entering the Smartphone market? Will it be under the Axim name? Anonymous sources have told DigiTimes that Dell is in the process of entering this market. With Dell’s recent hire of Ronald G. Garriques, former executive vice president of Motorola’s mobile device division to head its global consumer division, it is certainly hard to say which card Dell will be playing. Chances are that Dell, if entering into this market, will outsource to Taiwan and re-badge the product under the Dell brand.
