Well, it is time to redirect your browsers.  SK Software, makers of the aptly  named utility superprogram…SK-Tools is no more.  In its place his risen, SKKV Software.  Frankly, I have to admit that I was hoping this name change would lead to an overhaul of their web site, which is a little…OK, a lot…on the bland side, but no such luck.  SKKV Software still offers all of the same fantastic software options that they offered as SK Software, all from the same bland, difficult to navigate web site.

While we are on the subject of their software, however, SKKV Software’s first major announcement today was the release of SK-Tools 3.1.3.  This update includes:

• added an "Expired Tasks" option
• commandline parameters for backup/restore registry
• commandline parameter for import REG files
• Expired Tasks, Duplicate Tasks, Duplicate Contacts, Past Appointments, Duplicate Appointments, Recurring Appointments added "Show" command to context menu, now user can view all item properties and edit it
• "Duplicate files": exclude filter added
• added Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) tweak

So, head on over to SKKV Software and check out the latest SK-Tools release.
