Palm Issues Daylight-Savings Time Fix
Daylight Savings Time (DST) used to begin the first Sunday in April and end the last Sunday in October. Beginning this year, however, it will start the second Sunday in March, (3/11/07) and changes back to standard time the first Sunday in November (11/4/07).
