Apple, Cisco settle iPhone trademark lawsuit | CNET News.com

The agreement allows Apple and Cisco to use the iPhone brand on their own products. Also, the companies said that they would explore opportunities for interoperability in the areas of security, consumer and business communications.

…And a lot of free advertisement! Yes of course there may be a financial agreement, but I don’t think any of the two company really hurts in this situation, if the sales make up for the money involved in the settlement!
