Netvibes Mobile Version – Finally!

Via: Solsie.com

I’ve been a huge fan of Netvibes as my web home page and RSS aggregator on the desktop for a long time, and had long been wondering why there was no mobile version.

Now they have brought out Netvibes ToGo – so you can access your Netvibes desktop on your mobile browser. Great stuff!

Have played with it a little this evening and it works well. Very basic formatting, plain text and no images – but it’s very cool having your Netvibes stuff amongst your mobile favorites.

The only question this leaves me with is how many RSS apps do I need. I now use NewsBreak, Spb Insight, and NewsGator Go on a mobile device, and Netvibes, Bloglines, Google Reader, and NewsGator on the desktop. May have to trim these down a little at some point …
