Get Your Signature Going – Xda-Developers Has Petition Up Against The MS ROM Removal

Via: Gadgets on The Go

As reported in Brandon’s post last night, Microsoft has recently put their very large foot down with the xda-developers.com site – and are in the process of forcing them to remove all unauthorized ROM images for mobile devices from their site.

Well – now the xda-developers site has got a petition up – to show to MS and to help prove how hugely useful and appreciated their efforts are within the community.

So …. get up there and sign it at:

Maybe I am the lone wolf here, but I have always had a bad feeling about what XDA was doing over there. Frankly, I think it was only a matter of time before MS intervened.

You’re not the lone wolf :)
Many people on the XDA forums feel this way, it was only a matter of time before MS had to step up and make an end to it. I did make sure I got my shipped and custom ROM saved, just in case. :)
