TechBasic Network – Valued "Comcast" Customer…


WARNING: Off Topic post 

Intersting copy/paste of a chat with a Comcast technical support agent … it appears that there is a soft limit with Comcast of 200GB / month that may get your service cutoff.

Now obviously some of this is the guy contacting them just to illicit a negative response – but fact of the matter is Comcast will cut you off without notice if they so desire simply based upon your bandwidth useage.

Seems sort of shady to me, considering this isn’t a posted limitiation in the terms of service…
