Totally worth it. If you watch any movies on your iPod at all these are for you. Well designed, extra battery (rechargable) setup or just use your iPod. The picture is clear and easy to see. I don't need glasses for distance but I do need reading glasses. The Myvu works fine without my reading glasses, it appears as a 30 inch TV about a meter in front of the viewer. The sound is very good and I have used a pillow on my side and still used the screen with no problem with fit. I have been looking for something like these for a while. They are worth the money but if you need to send them back for repair make sure you keep on the customer service folks, they seem a bit slow at that part (had sent original pair back for a faded screen, after 2 months a supervisor finally offered me either a refund or the new Made for iPod set, I am real glad I went with the new set!) I own the higher end, Made for iPod setup.
