Lakeridge Squashes Bugs, Optimize WisBar Advance 2.

I’ve been a user of WisBar Advance 2 for a while now and there was always one bug that really "bugged" me: icons in the task list that don’t work after one closes a program. Problem solved!

Lakeridge Software announced this week, a new update (version 2.8.0.1) of its popular WisBar Advance program.  The new update addresses not only the bug that I mentioned, but also numerous others as well.

In addition, with reduced memory usage and rendering optimizations, this new version is a must have for WisBar Advance 2 users! Download it here.

I have tried using the version 2.8.0.1 immediately after its release and found it to work as claimed, reducing the memory usage significantly. The other updates are also working well on my 6965, making it a whole new experience. Now I am leaving it installed and running on my PPC and hope that the next release of WAD will be a lot more stable.
