Google Maps Add Real Time Traffic Data
Posted by: Steve Laser on Feb 28 2007 - 857 views
Google has added real-time traffic data for several major cities to its mapping service, the company said Wednesday.
Google has kicked up the service, offering traffic info integrated with Google maps in more than 30 cities including San Francisco, Dallas, New York and my city, Chicago, home of Da Bears.
According to Google product manager Carl Sjogreen, the data comes from many sources, including road sensors, car and taxi fleets. As such, there is not always enough data to report road conditions. Currently Google only provides data for major highways with an eye for eventual expansion.

Ultimate Bowling Fighter Still A Great Game, According to Clinton Fitch.
Posted by: dgoldring on Feb 28 2007 - 825 viewsOur good friend Clinton Fitch just posted a review of Astraware’s Ultimate
Bowling Fighter. He found that it was a "great bowling game that allows you to play individual games, in tournaments against another player or against the AI. The graphics and game play are terrific and UBF and everything that you would expect from Astraware. Even if you are not a "real world" bowling fan, UBF could become addicting for anyone!" And even better, as Judie from Gear Diary pointed out, no smoking!
Check out the full review over at Clinton Fitch.
For more information, you can also check out my review here at JAMM.
Ultimate Bowling Fighter is available from Astraware or at the JAMM Store for $19.95.

Hey, You Got Your Chocolate In My Pizza
Posted by: dgoldring on Feb 28 2007 - 1,639 views
Boy has Pizza Hut got a sweet deal for anyone looking for a new phone. Buy any cheesy bites or large pizza and you will get a free LG Chocolate phone (you have to sign up for two years of service). I have to say, that is a pretty sweet (chocolate sweet) deal. So, if you are in the market for a new Verizon phone, maybe you should consider mulling it over with some pizza.
Pizza and Chocolate…two great tastes that taste great together.
