iRazr? Ok … now we’re getting a tad bit ridiculous.

Posted by: Brandon Steili on Jan 31 2007

But just in case you’ve gotten all kinds of excited … and you’re rockin a MotoRazr, get it while you can. Because if history has taught us anything, Apple won’t let this sit on the web for long before someone gets in trouble  :)

Hey, I tried it. I don’t see any text for some reason. Maybe it’s not compatible with v3c?

Couldn’t tell you … my wife wouldn’t let me put it on her razr :(

Have we seen the last of all these “iPhony” stuffs? We see them on Symbian and WM, now on Razr. The look will be stale by the time “iPhone” officially releases…

What’s more, I don’t really think the launcher interface is offering much in term of productivity. We already have SPBPlus, iLauncher and their likes for a long time.

The last? I doubt it. If you can skin it someone will likely try. Either way - I agree, I don’t think they ad anything in terms of functionality / useability to most devices. There is one skin however that was written for the Q (Qusers.com) that is excellent and I think does a wonderful job of actually improving the useability of the homescreen.

I really don’t understand the big deal with all of this iPhony stuff. And i don’t understand why Apple cares so much. Just because you put buttons on your screen, does not make you phone an iPhone or replicate whatever functionality the iPhone has. It is kind of like if I put on a Tom Cruise mask…even a really good one. I might look like Tom Cruise, but I am not jumping up and down on Oprah’s couch.

I believe you need to download the package (linked above) and then all you should need to do is copy it to your Razr using Motorola Phone Tools. Once copied the theme should show in your themes list.
