Saw this cool post over at Gizmodo about Jeremy Mehrle, and his house full of 74 (apparently all functioning) Macs that are used as his design theme for the home.

As someone who has spent literally seconds of his life ever contemplating anything household decor related, this naturally inspired some immediate design ideas for me.

I figure with a fascination for much smaller, mobile gadgets, rather than Macs, we can top that 74 number by a huge margin. I am now thinking all PDAs and smartphones must be saved, and happily picturing a home with 740 of our best little mobile friends providing the theme. We could tuck ‘em in just about anywhere.

Haven’t shared this burst of designer genius with the spouse as yet, but it sounds like a big winner, right?
