I've been using it for several months now with things like SplashWallet. Works FLAWLESSLY! There were some things that didn't work like Zen Soduko. As for customer service response, when I needed to contact them, I got a response within 2 business days. Also to note, I've been using v1.0.002...and v1.0.009 was released on 2007-01-17.
