With all of the innovation this year has seen, it is hard to choose just one or even a top 20 top innovations of the year.  Yet that is exactly what the editors at PC World Magazine have set out to do.  Their editors selected the winners of the Innovations Awards, which "exemplify the best kinds of breakthroughs–ones you can get right now."  I won’t reveal all of their top picks, but here is a taste of some of the items on their list.  Visit the PC World site to read their full list and explanations, including the Number One innovation of 2006!
