Inscenic Announces Two New Games: Warring Nations 1.2 and Napoleonix.


Inscenic announced today the release of two new strategy games: version 1.2 of the well-known Warring Nations game and Napoleonix is a logical turn-based strategy game.

Warring Nations is a turn-based strategy game set in the Medieval World. It is the time of noble lords, great battles, and glorious victories. The latest update of Warring Nations now Elite Knights units. Additionally, with this release, compatibility has been improved for Pocket PCs with square screens.
For those of you who use the The Palm OS operating system, that version also now utilizes higher resolution graphics, allowing players to operate battles more comfortably.
Finally, the user interface and the underlying engine have both been improved to provide a shadow effect in the Map view, fading-out, hint popups, better performance and a decreased memory footprint).
As with previous version, Warring Nations 1.2 also offers: VGA graphics, exclusive music and sound effects, downloadable maps real-time battles, the ability to build a variety of fortresses, diplomacy, trading, and hotseat mode.

* After a victorious battle, up to 20 percent of your normal Knights get promoted to Elite Knights division, which provide a very powerful addition to your army. More importantly, Elite Knights can be controlled directly during interactive battles, adding a whole new depth to battle tactics.

In the beginning of the 19th century after becoming the emperor Napoleon started to pursue the policy aiming at ensuring French political and economical hegemony over Europe. During 1799-1815 France was waging war against Austria, Russia, Great Britain and other countries.
Napoleonix is a logical turn-based strategy game in which you must use diversionary tactics and planning to out-think your opponent. Bluff him into thinking your main forces are in one location, and then attack from his flank. Outmaneuver, attack, and counterattack, until you learn the true location of your opponent’s army.
The game is available for PocketPC and Windows.
