"…it’s really capable and already a decent alternative to, say, iLauncher 3, Spb Pocket Plus or the Today plug-in of Resco File Explorer." – Menneisyys in his review at his Smartphone & Pocket PC Magazine Blog
Smartbar - a new ‘all-in-one’ type task manager looks very promising – with a slew of features – and gets some very solid praise from Menneisyys, which is pretty much a sure sign of a capable product!
It’s lengthy features list includes:
XP Style Taskbar and Desktop
Enhanced Close Button (really closes your tasks not just sends them to the background) with many options
Screen Size Desktop to contain all of your favorite applications but also the most important control panel applets
Smartbar’s Desktop can import all the applets installed in your device
4 advanced modules to enrich the functionality of your device
UNIQUE: UltraKeyboard module increases your typing speed, to remember your HTTP addresses or your passwords, and to setup many triggers for your common actions so you can have a fully automatic device
UNIQUE: Screen Capture module can do multiple snapshots, image compression and can be toggled by key combination or command line parameter
UNIQUE: TaskManager modules can control the speed of your processes, to show the CPU load for each process, the used memory and many more
Network Tools module offers a hand to your network troubleshooting
Skin support
Smart date and battery indicator
Menneisyys has reviewed this app for the second time today, and is happily reporting that TekSoft has corrected several Version 1.0 bugs that he previously highlighted.
His review today points out some flaws that still need addressing, but this looks worth checking out.

Decent interface with loads of features but I find the rather steep price tag a tad hard to swallow. I will wait until it irons out the shortcomings listed by Menneisyys and allows greater customization.
