Naturally, there’s been a ton of interest this week in that newly announced O2 Xda Flame with the BIG screen – and now Pocket PC Thoughts and Dinarsoft have got some more information and some superb pics of the upcoming device.
Pocket PC Thoughts has provided more details on the spec for the Xda Flame:
Intel XScale PXA270 520MHz CPU, 64MB RAM, 2GB ROM, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, an NVIDIA GoForce 5500 GPU, a 3.6" VGA display, TV-out functionality, SRS Mobile HD surround sound support, USB On-The-Go, and a 2.0-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, tri-band 3G connectivity, a flash for the primary camera, a secondary camera for video calling, a microSD slot, an FM tuner, an infrared port, and Windows Mobile 5.0.
And Dinarsoft had a staff member visiting GITEX in Dubai who spotted the Flame and got some great pics, including some great size comparison shots with an Axim X50V!
Go check out the Dinarsoft site for a great set of pics of this bad-ass looking device, which is now said to be expected (in Asia) in Q1 2007:
