Proporta Adds Some Much Needed Color To the New Apple iPod 2G Shuffle.
Last week Apple announced the availability of the 2G shuffle…the tiny MP3 player with a massive 1GB of memory. It has been described as an alternative to the nano – being cheaper and having lower storage, but it also lacks the color that the nano has recently been introduced to. In order to spruce up the appearance of the nano, therefore, Proporta now offers steel and silicone colored sleeves, as well as a crystal case, colored headphones, and even cable tidies.
The Proporta Steel Sleeve (Apple 2G iPod shuffle) gives your MP3 player a tough, protective fascia but also provides it with a splash of color. These sleeves are available in metallic black, metallic purple, metallic blue, metallic green, metallic pink, metallic red, silver and white.
A softer option is offered with the Silicone Sleeve (Apple 2G iPod shuffle). Available in white, pink, blue, black and green they provide colorful protection from scratches and impact shocks.
If you would like to stick with the original look of the shuffle then try the Crystal Case (Apple 2G iPod shuffle). This case leaves your player on display but gives it a tough shield against the elements.
Each of these options ensure that your shuffle is covered in vibrant color and they won’t get in the way of the ports and controls. They even come with a handy belt clip on the back.
Now that your shuffle has been brightened up, there is no point in adding drab white headphones. Proporta now allows you to match your new case with the appropriate Proporta Colored Stereo Headphones which come in pink, blue, black, white and green – your shuffle will really stand out from the rest with any color combination.
Finally, if, like me, you are tired of your headphones getting in the way, Proporta Cable Tidies keep them out of the way and can even be used through clothes. They are even sold in pairs so you can keep one at home and one at work.
For a complete makeover, check out the Mobile Silicone Color Kit. This kit includes a silicone case, colored headphones, and cable tidies, all in a color of your choice.

LOL, Nowire, I suppose you could do that. Have you ever tried using those earbuds?
