Smartphone & Pocket PC Mag Best Software Awards 2006 Winners Announced!
This is always one of my favorite days of the year (ok, so that probably makes me a sad man) – when the Smartphone & Pocket PC Magazine Best Software Awards winners and finalists are announced.
I love trolling through all of the categories that interest me, to see how my old favorites did this year, and which programs I’ve never heard of have won and should be checked out soon.
The panel of judges is always top-class and I know that those judges put a lot into picking the very best each year – and probably have some very hard choices along the way in some of those categories where there are several *great* products to decide between.
Have only just started browsing through this year’s list, but already noticed some well-deserved wins for eWallet, NewsBreak, and TimeTTracker MX.
The awards are a great reference and starting point when you’re looking for a new program – they allow you to see who really has a ‘pedigree’ in each area.
