Kevin C. Tofel at the jkOnTheRun site has a really superb series of posts on his experience with trying to get Windows Vista RC2 running on his Q1 UMPC. And the best news for Q1 (and Vista) fans is that he reckons he now has it 95% working!

The posts are great because they are a very well written journal of what has worked and not worked for him, driver and other issues he’s hit upon, and how he has steadily and doggedly worked through and found fixes and workarounds for just about anything that was not working initially – and with a pretty concise scorecard of what is now OK, and what’s not.
