PhatPad 4.0 Beta Available

A new public beta version of PhatPad is now available. New features in this version include:

  • support for typed text in addition to digital ink
  • improved inking on Tablet PCs and UMPCs 
  • Office 2007-like user interface
  • document templates
  • password-protection with 256-bit strong encryption

PhatPad is a very popular program that allows users to draw pictures, jot text notes or put a mixture of pictures and typed text on a virtual scratch pad.
