Now there’s a lot of skinning and theme applications out there (McDeb comes to mind) – but there’s very few that are free and excellent. ThemeGenCE is both. Seriously one of the best applications around for creating new themes for your PPC and the only one I personally use. Ok, I’ve tried McDeb and I loved it, but I married so if I can do something for free I will. Anyway, go grab it and put your favorite wallpaper to good use!!

Improvements :

Graphic User Interface clearer with 6 TabSheets to define current Theme parameters.
Ability to customize :
-Main Form of ThemeGenCE.
-5 preview Skins.
- Better definition of Orientated Themes (Portrait and Landscape).
– Color modifications available in Images Definition Form (RGB and HSL).
– User Options saved in an INI file to have the same interface from one session to another one.
– See more improvements in the HelpFile at item : "Version 1.7 improvements".
