SoftMaker Office 2006 Public Beta Available

Via: Experience Mobility

"For those of you that have NOT tried SoftMaker Office, it is a wordprocessor and spreadsheet combination that once you try it, you will ALWAYS use it.  It is just absolutely incredible to see and use such a powerful and easy to use program." – Jack Cook on his Experience Mobility blog

Nice post from Jack Cook on the public beta of SoftMaker Office – which contains  word processor and spreadsheet applications, that apparently offer a far greater interface and more power when working with MS Office type documents.

SoftMaker Office is touted as ‘The only desktop-class office suite for Pocket PCs’. I’ve never used these apps, but would always take a strong recommendation from Jack as a very good reference.

This looks like an amazing package. I probably would own it already if it didn’t cost $70. I’ll do the Beta test for sure.
