“I don’t usually hate mediocre products, but when a company tries to pass off something regular as something incredible, it bothers me. A lot.”

If you’re up for a good dose of sarcasm and just flat-out ripping of a product that apparently tries to pass itself off as way more than it is, done with a large degree of panache, then check out Gizmodo’s blast at the Mvox Duo BT Headset.

Their bone to pick with it is on its claims to be a sort of amazing new 4-in-1 device – BT headset / speakerphone / VOIP headset / carkit.

The language is colorful, but very funny and their roasting is spot on by the sounds of things. My favorite line is:

“Look its a bluetooth headset, so no shit it works in the car.”
