NewsGator Go for Windows Mobile Released
Source: MobileCrunch.com
NewsGator Technologies, Inc., the leading RSS platform company, today announced the public release of NewsGator Go! for Windows Mobile, a product that allows users to read content and manage their RSS subscriptions seamlessly from any Windows-mobile capable device. Articles and subscriptions are synchronized between NewsGator Go! for Windows Mobile and NewsGator’s other applications, including NewsGator Online, Inbox, NetNewsWire and FeedDemon.
This is pretty cool. Like many people, I’m now a huge RSS reader – probably do more reading and get more news each day via RSS feeds than any other way each day, through one medium or another. I use Bloglines, Netvibes and sometimes Windows Live or Google personalized pages on the web, and sometimes also on my mobile devices. On the 8125 I rely on NewsBreak and look at it several times every day.
Here’s what seems powerful and interesting about NewsGator Go:
– It lets you keep in sync across your mobile device, NewsGator Online, Inbox etc. This is a great feature!
– It also lets you choose which feeds are synced to your mobile device – so you could select just your top favorites or most essential feeds for that.
I’ve been using NewsGator Go, liking it, and will post some initial impressions a little later on.
For now, if you want more information, or a trial download (you have to sign up with NewsGator, but it’s free), visit:
