Easy Sync – New App Promises Sync of Unlimited Folders, Sync with Cards


 

Easy Sync is a new program from Pocketwizards.com, which promises to deliver all that flexibility in choosing what to sync, that’s lacking in Activesync:

"You can sync unlimited number of folders (any location, including Storage Cards) absolutely automatically."

It installs only to the desktop, not your PPC. It also has options to automate syncing each time your device is connected, and to make it available from the Tools menu in Activesync.

I’ve not had a chance to try this as it will not run on Windows Mobile 5, requires WM 2003.  Would be interested to hear if anyone has had a chance to give this a go on a WM 2003 device. Applications that allow a greater range of syncing options are always welcome – would love to hear whether this one works well.

I downloaded this. Haven’t tried it yet. I can’t figure out how to disable activesync to use it. Also, it concerns me that I could not find the price on their website.
