According to TechCrunch, Engadget and others, Microsoft has an invite-only press gathering this morning, where they will discuss the rollout of Zune, and hopefully provide more details on the device and its linked services.

Surely just a coincidence that this comes just a couple days after Apple’s Ipod announcements.

Should be interesting to see what we learn that’s new about Zune today …
