HTC Libra – Numeric Keypad AND Slide-Out QWERTY

HTC has revealed some details about this upcoming phone – codenamed HTC Libra – at this week’s CTIA show. For those who prefer dialing via a real numeric keypad, this does look like a very nice idea.

Initial details about the Libra include:

  • Due for release in Q1 next year
  • ‘Significantly smaller’ than existing HTC devices that include slide-out keyboards
  • QWERTY keyboard has only 3 rows of keys to accommodate smaller device size

Thanks to John Hatfield at Mobility Site for spotting this one.
