Good Advice on Adding Mobile Devices to Your Network Environment
Selecting, deploying, and managing PDAs / smartphones and mobile devices in a corporate environment poses a whole series of challenges for IT managers and management. It’s always good to see some advice and tips from those with recent experience in rolling out mobile solutions.

It’s based on the experience of a rollout of (mostly) Palm devices at a medical center in Texas, and has some very useful tips and good sound advice on topics like security, listening to your userbase, and more.
I think a medical center is an especially good case study to learn from, because they use mobile devices for so many essential tasks and applications.
