"I had given some "regular" feeling Smartphones a try in the past, including the MPx220 and the SMT 5600. They were great phones, but lacked a lot of functionality and I was too used to a Pocket PC to use the phone efficiently."

Chris Leckness at Mobility Site has done an excellent review of the Motorola Q. I always enjoy Chris’ reviews as they are extremely thorough, include a ton of great pics and screengrabs, and he has a very concise writing style that leaves you with a very clear picture of working with a particular device.  This review definitely lives up to the standard, and has some terrific photos of the sleek Q.

One of the best things about this particular review – as there are plenty of Q reviews around by now – is reflected in Chris’ quote above. He comes at his experience with the Q as someone with a fair leaning towards more powerful full Pocket PC Phone type devices, and not a natural affinity for the smartphone class of converged devices. And, given that background, draws some very interesting conclusions.
