"The U3 Launchpad is where this USB flash drive really shines. To easily explain, think of U3 as an operating system for the flash drive."

Everything I’ve read and seen about U3 so far seems very promising, and I have been wanting to try one out. The ability to install and launch programs directly from the USB drive, sync files, and take your IE / Favorites / Outlook settings with you from PC to PC seems hugely useful.

Gizmodo has a review up of a new SanDisk Cruzer Titanium USB drive with an excellent run-through of what the U3 concept offers on these drives. I want one very soon.
