First Combo WiFi / Bluetooth Chip Announced

This sounds like excellent news. Coming from a company called Marvell – a combo Wifi and Bluetooth chip that will have 802.11a/b/g and BT, and will occupy roughly half the space of current two chip setup.

There’s not a whole lot of detail about which OEMs are getting this now, and when it will see mainstream incorporation in mobile devices.  To get what information there is, check the Engadget post at:
