One comment, we do actually support over 58000 cities, but due to memory and disk space restrictions, we ship the product with a basic list of around 250 cities, but you can easily add as many as you like using the city lookup feature. This can be found from within the City list, simply choose add from the menu and type the city name, choose lookup and a list of matches will be shown for you to choose from.
