Good Technology is going to release a new service offering in July – Good Mobile Messaging for IBM Lotus Domino – that will bring push email from Domino servers to Lotus Notes-like clients on mobile devices.

The release is set to come next month via authorized carriers, and carrier / device support will include: Motorola Q, Cingular 8125 Smartphone, Palm Treo family, Nokia e61 and the Sprint and Cingular wireless networks.

Good Mobile Defense, which provides security and compliance management capabilities, is part of the feature set to be offered.

The article also notes that “no attempt was made to make the user interface look like Lotus Notes” – it’s been a while, but from what I remember of working with a Notes email client, that’s a good call, or in this case a Good call I guess.
